Rachael, a Georgetown MBA alumna and former educator, is a social entrepreneur focused on emotional intelligence and how people connect and work together within complex organizations. Jennifer is a veteran educator and brain-based facilitator with decades of experience designing human-centered systems that strengthen care and learning environments.

Together, they build Beam with rigor, heart, and a deep commitment to people-centered change.
