Package 3 builds leadership capacity so supervisors coach, not just correct.

Far beyond typical management training, this package transforms management into mentors as they learn strengths-based practices to truly support their teams.

By the end of this program, supervisors will be able to facilitate collaborative coaching conversations and leverage a system that builds a trusting staff.

This package has two phases:

Phase 1: Beginning with the foundational in-person Values in Action Summit to align leadership with the facility’s core values, supervisors learn how to build capacity in their staff through strengths-based observations that guide generative conversations.

Phase 2: The focus then shifts to an online supervisor coaching cohort to segue from top-down mandates to co-created performance goals with transparent feedback loops that generate genuine buy-in from Day One.
