By the end of this program, participants will learn how to collect qualitative data that generates peer recognition and builds awareness among local businesses, organizations, and the community at large.

This package has two integrated phases.

Phase 1: Beginning with the foundational in-person Values in Action Summit to train your staff to become curators of real moments of excellence facility-wide.

Phase 2: The next step guides participants through a process where the facility extends insights beyond its walls by creating an in-person community-facing event with remote support from our seasoned designers and facilitators.
