Package 2: Cross-Functional Communication for Operational Continuity

Package 2 breaks down barriers and creates solutions for cross-functional communication that goes beyond problem solving to proactive practices.

Far beyond a sit-and-get third party training or a day of teambuilding activities, this package has your team design communication systems that actually work for them.

By the end of this program, staff will be able to clearly identify and own their roles and responsibilities and how they connect to other departments, freeing up leadership to truly lead, rather than putting out fires.

This package has two phases:

Phase 1: Beginning with the foundational in-person Values in Action Summit to create shared alignment, this package builds momentum by mapping role clarity across all departments and designs cross-functional communication protocols — all co-created with staff for maximum buy-in.

Phase 2: Participants will then implement and actively use their protocol for communicating across teams and shifts, adapting and adjusting along the way through online support.
